Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Build My Online Store, operated by Tekhelp (Pvt) Ltd.
Our services involve personalised consulting, design, and development work. As such, all payments made toward project work, subscriptions, or retainers are considered final once work has commenced.
Development Projects
For store development and setup projects:
- The initial 50% advance is non-refundable once the project begins
- The balance payment is due upon completion and before handover
- Refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed work
Maintenance & Support Plans
For monthly or prepaid support plans:
- Payments are non-refundable once the plan period has started
- Unused hours or services do not carry forward unless explicitly stated in writing
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Work has not yet commenced, and no resources or time have been allocated to the project.
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Third-Party Fees
All third-party platform costs, such as Shopify subscriptions, app fees, domains, hosting, or email tools, are strictly non-refundable and outside the control of Build My Online Store.
